针灸治疗单纯性肥胖并发痛经的疗效分析

目的:观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发痛经的疗效。方法:将单纯性肥胖病及单纯性肥胖并发痛经的女性患者808例,依据诊断标准分为单纯性单纯肥胖病组(简称肥胖组)和单纯性肥胖并发痛经组(简称并发痛经组),其中单纯性肥胖组407例,并发痛经组401例,两组均采用耳体针结合施治,观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、痛经症状评分。结果:针灸治疗后有效率肥胖组为96.31%,并发痛经组为89.02%,其中并发痛经组痊愈率33.17%,显效率38.40%,有效率17.46%,无效率10.97%。结论:针灸疗法对单纯性肥胖病及肥胖并发痛经患者均有良好的干预效果,表明针灸疗法同时具有减肥和镇痛的双重作用。

Objective：To observe the acupuncture treatment of simple obesity complicated by the efficacy of dysmenorrhea.Methods： Simple obesity and simple obesity complicated with 808 cases of dysmenorrhea in female patients were divided into simple obesity group and the concurrent dysmenorrhea group,of which 407 cases of simple obesity group,concurrent group of 401 cases of dysmenorrhea,the two groups are used ear body Acupuncture and giving of treatment were observed before and after acupuncture treatment in patients with symptoms,signs,obesity indicators,dysmenorrhea symptom score.Results：Acupuncture effective after the treatment group was 96.31 percent obesity,concurrent dysmenorrhea group,89.02%,Which concurrent dysmenorrhea group cure rate 33.17%,markedly effective rate 38.40%,efficiency 17.46%,10.97% inefficiency.Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment of simple obesity and obesity in patients with dysmenorrhea have good concurrent intervention effect,indicating that acupuncture also has the dual role of weight loss and pain.
