Optimization of Baicalin by Orthogonal Design

目的:优选黄芩苷的提取方法。方法:采用超声波方法提取黄芩苷并用正交设计法优选最佳试验条件。结果:各因素对黄芩苷提取率的影响次序为:乙醇浓度、提取次数时间、药材粒度。结论:优选的黄芩提取工艺重现性良好,稳定可行。

Objective：To explore a new extraction method of Baicalin.Methods：use the orthogonal test for optimization of extraction and purification of baicalin to determinate the best conditions of baicalin＇s extraction.Results：Of various factors on the extraction yield of baicalin,order is Ethanol concentration,extraction time,medicinal herbs granularity.Conclusion：Scutellaria preferred extraction process has good reproducibility and stability possible.
