Psychologist personal growth has been more and more the concern of professionals,The students is not very concerned about the vocational counseling,the importance of students＇ personal growth.In this paper,it analyses the vocational counseling about the value of the students＇ personal growth,and propose a corresponding way for students for higher vocational counseling personal growth.
