温肾化石汤防治草酸钙尿石形成的实验研究

Experimental Study on Preventing and Treating the Urinary Stone of Calcium Oxalate with Wenshenhuashi Soup

目的:通过观察温肾化石汤对含钙尿石形成相关指标的影响,探讨该方防治含钙尿石形成的机理,为防治含钙尿石复发开创新思路,提供新方法。方法:SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为4组:A空白对照组,B模型组,C1温肾化石汤高剂量组,C2温肾化石汤低剂量组。除A组外,其它各组喂标准鼠料,饮用含0.75?乙二醇和0.75-氯化铵的自来水。温肾化石汤按30g/kg、15g/kg剂量给C组灌胃。A组、B组灌自来水。各组均饲养6周。检测各组大鼠的肾功能、尿草酸、钙的含量,并观察肾组织结构的变化及草酸钙晶体的分布。结果:"温肾化石汤"可以显著降低尿中钙、草酸等尿石形成促进物的含量;增加的尿石形成抑制物镁的含量(P<0.01),草酸钙晶体形成程度、肾组织细胞的损伤程度明显减轻。结论:温肾化石汤可以保护肾脏组织结构,对草酸钙晶体形成有明显的抑制作用。

Objective：to explore the mechanism that the wenshenhuashi soup treat and prevent urinary stone of calcium,and to open up new ideas and provide new methods.Methods： 40 SD rats were divided into normal group,Model group,wenshenhuashi soup group randomly.Apart from the rats in normal group,all the rats were fed with the standard,drinked the water which contain 0.75% ethylene glycol and 0.75% ammonium chloride.The rats of C1 and C2 were treated with wenshenhuashi soup at dosages of 30g/kg,15g/kg respectively,the rats of A and B groups were treated with water.After 6 weeks,the renal function,24h urinary oxalate and calcium excretion were measured,the structural changes in renal tissue and the distribution of calcium oxalate crystalsfor were observed.Result：Wenshenhuashi soup can reduce the density of promote substances including calcium,Oxalate,and the injury changes of renal structures,increase the density of restrain substance Mg.（P〈0.01） The contents of calcium oxalate in renal tissue were also significantly lowered.Conclusion：Wenshenhuashi soup can protect renal cell and inhibit the oxalate calcium crystal formation.
