摘要
在经典光伏理论给出开路电压ＶＯＣ和短路电流ＩＳＣ基础上，再给出光电池新参数．
Based on the classical theory of photoeletricity which obtained the open-circuit voltage V OS and short-circuit current I SC ,the paper has derived the new parameters of photo cell.
