摘要
目的:观察熄风通络化瘀汤对血脂的影响。方法:将血脂异常患者98例随机分成治疗组50例,对照组48例,治疗组在服用洛伐他汀的基础上服用熄风通络化瘀汤,对照组服用洛伐他汀,治疗4周,观察两组治疗前后血脂的变化。结果:两组治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组降脂疗效明显优于对照组。结论:熄风通络化瘀汤有降血脂作用。
Objective：Observe the influence to blood-fat of Xifengtongluohuayutang.Methods：Select 66 patients who are troubled in anomal-blood-fat.Divide them into treatment group（50 cases） and control group（48cases）.The treatment group use Xifengtongluohuayutang on the bases of lovastatin.The control group use lovastatin.After 4 weeks,observe the change of two groups to blood-fat.Results：After treatment,the two groups have notable difference（P〈0.05）.To lower blood-fat,the curative effect of treatment group have an advantage than control group.Conclusion：Xifengtongluohuayutang have effect on lower blood-fat.
