摘要 通过分析软管疲劳强度试验系统的特点,采用PC机作为上位机,PLC作为下位机,利用PC与PLC的通讯设计并实现了一个软管疲劳强度试验控制系统.系统运行的实践表明,这种方法稳定、实用. The fatigue strength is the important performance of machine part and the fatigue strength of many parts had to be tested.The characteristic of the tube fatigue strength test system is analyzed in this paper and a tube fatigue strength test controlling system is designed and implemented by using PC as host computer,PLC as hypogenous machine and as communications between PC and PLC.The application of this system shows that this system is simple and reliable.
