摘要 板料成形极限试验一直是评价板料塑性成形性能的主要途径,而试验过程的标准化是影响板料成形极限试验的试验结果可比性与复现性的重要因素。笔者按ISO/WD12004标准对板料成形极限试验的试样进行了加工,设置了试验参数。在试验过程中采用双目测量散斑的图像识别技术来进行应变测量及数据采集,并按ISO标准编制了计算机程序对应变数据进行了处理,将ISO标准的拟合算法与试验数据进行了验证分析。形成了一种能够实现在线测量、标准化处理的板料成形性能试验系统。 The sheet metal forming limit experiment is a very important way to reveal the material's formability,and the standardization of the experiment procedure will greatly affect the comparability and reproducibility of the experimental result.This paper reports a forming limit experiment according to ISO-12004-Proposal-version,and uses a two-view method for identifying the stochastic speckle pattern painted on the surface of the specimens to determine the strain distribution.According to the above-mentioned standard,a general code is written to process the strain data,and the fitting method in the ISO standard is assessed and investigated.A new system of sheet metal forming limit experiment was established.This system will realize on-line measurement and standardize the experiment procedure.
