摘要
覆盖件焊装是车身制造过程的关键工序,其质量的高低直接影响车身的外观质量和性能。在汽车车身焊装过程中,引起组焊件误差的原因有冲压件本身的制造偏差,夹具的制造偏差,焊接引起变形等。作为焊装的误差源,冲压件本身的制造偏差对车身焊装质量有着非常重要的影响。笔者通过预加应力方法来反映零件制造偏差,并用节点耦合对点焊过程进行数值模拟来预测焊装过程的变形。实例计算结果与实验结果符合很好。
Welding assembly process of automobile panels is the key working procedure in the manufacturing processes of the automobile body,and its quality directly influences on the appearance and quality of the automobile.During automobile body assembly processes,discrepancies in the welding assembly can be due to sheet components variation,assembly tooling variation,welding distortion etc..As a major source of those discrepancies,variations in sheet components have an important effect on automobile body assembly quality.In this paper,prestressing are proposed to reflect the part variation and the node coupling method are used in the numerical simulation to predict the deformation of assembly caused by the welding of automobile panels with variations.The computation results are in good agreement with the measurement ones.
