摘要 阐述了3.15MN实验液压机自动化控制系统结构与软、硬件实现方法。可编程控制器作为系统的控制单元,实时监控活动横梁对角偏差,精确控制各电磁换向阀动作以及计算并传送比例流量阀的控制信号;触摸屏作为人机接口,可在屏幕中直接输入比例阀信号、保压和卸压时间等控制参数,并可实时监控到系统实际流量、压力、活动横梁的位移和偏角,以及具有报警功能。两者结合提高了系统的稳定性、可靠性以及抗干扰能力,很好地满足了控制系统的设计要求。 We present the control system for a 3.15MN experiment hydraulic press and its software and hardware.A Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) is used as the system's control unit;it monitors the crossbeam's opposite realIa-time angle deviation,controls the electromagnetic directional valve' s precise action,and calculates and transmits the proportion flow valve's control signal.A touch panel is used as the man-machine interface;it is used to directly inputs the proportional valve signal in the screen,to obtain the pressure and stress-relief time control parameters,and to monitor the system's real-time flow,pressure,active crossbeam displacement and the angle of deflection;it also as has the warning function.The combination of both improves the system's stability,reliability,and anti-interference ability;and it well satisfied the control system's design requirements.
