摘要 从经典的形核生长动力学和Cahn的调幅分解线性动力学理论出发,经数学推导得到如下结论:在分相的扩散阶段初期,按调幅分解机理进行的分相过程,其不均区域尺寸与时间的关系没有一定的规律,而按形核生长机理进行的分相过程,其不均区域尺寸的平方与时间成正比关系.该结论利用他人实验数据得到了初步验证. According to the classical theory of linearized spinodal decomposition kinetics and nucleation growth kinetics, after a series of mathematical calculation, the following results were obtained. When the phase separation began to advance in the field of unstable(spinodal), there was not a regular relation between the size of non uniform region and the time, but in the field of metastable(nucleation growth), the square of the size of non uniform region was in proportion to the time. The rightness of above results was tested by experiments in the related references.
