大切深抗冲击新型PCBN粗车刀的研制及其应用

The Development and Application of a New Type PCBN Lathe Cutting Tool

介绍了大切深抗冲击新型ＰＣＢＮ粗车刀。经试验表明，该车刀可以经受上万次的冲击而不崩刃，切削深度可达３ｍｍ，该刀具的寿命是硬质合金刀具寿命的３０～１００倍。

This paper presents a new type PCBN lathe cutting tool which can be applied in the condition of impacting and big cutting depth. Experiments show that the cutter edge is not break up after supporting impacts for ten thousand times, and the cutting depth can attain 3 mm. The cutter life of PCBN lathe tool is thirty to a hundred times the carbide tipped lathe tool's.
