摘要
与国外先进国家相比,我国农副产品加工技术与装备水平比较落后。从常见的碾米机械、小麦制粉机械、油脂加工机械、土特产品加工机械入手,介绍我国农副产品加工机械的发展状况,分析存在的问题,提出相应的对策。
Compared with the developed nations,China＇s farm sideline product processing technology and equipment appear backward.This article deals with the growth of China＇s farm sideline product processing machinery in terms of mill machines,wheat flour milling machines,grease processing machines,and native product processing machines.The existent problems in this field are analyzes and the countermeasures are given in this article.
