摘要
研究了在非离子表面活性剂OP的存在下,以酚藏花红为显色剂,氧化显色光度法,测定废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),其摩尔吸光系数ε=2.88×104L·mol-1cm-1。回归方程A=0.0012+0.0102C,相关系数r=0.9999。该法简便,快速,灵敏度高,选择性好,稳定性更佳,在0~6.0×10-2g/L范围内服从比耳定律。实验结果令人满意。
Oxidational colour spectrophotometric determination of chrornium by using phenosafranine as colouring reagent was studied in this paper. Beer's law was obeyed in range of 0 ̄1.2μmol/50ml of chromiun with the absorptivity ε=2.88×10 4 L·mol -1 cm -1 ,and its regression equation is A =0.0102 C +0.002 with relative coefficient γ =0.9999. The proposed method is simple, rapid and of selectivity, and applied to the determination of chrornium in waste water with satisfactory results.
