Study and Apply Science Outlook on Development, and Promote Innovating Career-creation Education in an all-round Way in Higher Vocational Colleges

党的十七大提出"提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"和"促进以创业带动就业"的发展战略,高职院校作为创新创业型人才培养的重要阵地,以科学发展观为指导,创造性地推进创新创业教育成为当务之急。推进高职院校创新创业教育,从"发展"高度来认识创新创业教育的重要性是前提;抓住"以人为本"的核心,树立创新创业型人才培养新观念是关键;抓住"全面协调可持续"的基本要求和统筹兼顾的根本方法,系统全面推进创新创业教育工作是保证。

The 17th National Congress of the CPC put forward the development strategies of ＂improves capability of independent innovation and make China an innovative country＂ and ＂promote career-creation driving employment＂. As an important position of innovating career-creation talents, higher vocational colleges use the science outlook on development as guidance, and it is urgent to pursue innovatively career-creation education. The premise is to promote innovating career-creation education in higher vocational colleges, and realize its importance with a view of ＂development＂. Then the key is to hold the center of ＂putting people first＂, and set up the new concept on cultivating the talents of innovating career-creation. Finally the guarantee is to hold the fundamental requirement which is ＂comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development＂ and way of giving overall consideration, and promote systematically innovating career-creation education in an all-round way.
