The establishment of learning-style communist party organization is the needs of social development and a sensible choice of promotion in the higher vocational colleges’ development. The higher vocational colleges have to ＂meet the needs of arming the party with scientific theory, taking the whole world in view, being good at grasping regulations, and being rich in innovative spirit＂.
