摘要
在国际金融危机的大背景下,以富士康为典型的劳资纠纷群体性事件层出不穷,并且出现了一些新的特点。心理疏导机制的构建是化解劳资纠纷,建立和谐劳资关系不可或缺的一环。文章以河北省为样本,对其当前劳资纠纷的新趋势进行研究,并提出完善建议。
In the circumstances of international financial crisis, the labor disputes involving mass participation are plenty and have some new features, which are represented by Foxconn. The construction of psychological counseling mechanism can resolve the employment disputes and establish harmonious labor relations, which is so essential nowadays. This paper makes the researches on the new currency of labor disputes and gives some suggestions by taking Hebei province as an example.
