CIMS has become the advanced production model to enhance the competition ability of manufacturing enterprise. This paper discusses the human′s importance and analyzes the critical factors about human′s integration in the process of implementing CIMS and investigates the method and the model of human′s integration about how to implement human′s integration under the guide of CIM.
