用密封微波溶样导数火焰原子吸收法测定鱼中的锌和铜 被引量:4

摘要 用密封微波消解技术对鱼类样品进行了预处理,用导数火焰原子吸收法测定了其中所含的微量元素锌和铜。结果表明,与常规样品消化方法相比,微波样品处理技术具有方便、快捷、污染少、消化完全等特点;而导数测量装置与火焰原子吸收分光光度计的连接使得测定的灵敏度分别提高了锌15倍和铜12倍;且检出限均降低了10倍左右。 A new method was presented for the determination of copper and zinc in fish specis, based on the techniqe of closed-vessel microwave digestion and derivative flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The muscular tissue was treated in advancd by microwave digestion .A derivative instrument is connected with a WYX-402 atomic absorption spectrometer,and derivative atomic absorption signal was obtained by a double-pen recorder.The new method is simple and rapid with a satisfactory result.
