摘要
研究了西大洋水库的浮游植物及其对水质的评价。共鉴定浮游植物211种,隶属7门、37科、72属。其中,绿藻门最多,15科、30属、92种;硅藻门次之,9科、21属、75种;金藻门最少,1科、1属、2种。细胞密度平均值为12.5×104L-1,水库中心最高,为20.6×104L-1,唐河水入库口最低,为6.7×104L-1。利用指示生物、细胞密度、Margalef多样性指数、Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数及绿藻商等生物学方法评价其水质,结果相一致,水质较清洁。
A phytoplankton surver was conducted in May 1994 in the reservoir Xidayang. There were 211 species phytoplankton which belong to 7 phylum 37 families 72 genera. Mean cell density of phytoplankton was 12.5×104 L-1. The water quality of the reservoir Xidayang was assessed applying biological methods of assessment for value of indicator organisms, cell density, Margalefs index, Shannon-Weavers index, Simpsons index and green algae quofieut etc.The result show that the water is not polluted.
