摘要 自身炎症性疾病是一组以发热为突出表现的常染色体遗传病,发病率低,主要由基因突变导致细胞因子改变,最终引起炎症反应。本文对国内外有关自身炎症性疾病发病机制的研究进行综述,为自身炎症性疾病提供有针对性的、有效的治疗手段。 Autoinflammatory diseases consist a couple of autosomal dominantly inherited diseases which are characterized by fever and in low incidence.Our purpose is to sum up the mechanism of autoinflammatory disease according to the researches home and abroad.The possible mechanism is that gene mutations could influence cytokines which further induces inflammation.Investigation of the mechanism will provide new treatment of these diseases.
