摘要
在0025mol/LH2SO4介质中及紫外光辐照条件下,吲哚乙酸发生光异构化反应,生成一种玫瑰色产物.采用紫外_可见分光光度、红外光谱、高效液相色谱、荧光法等手段研究和论证了吲哚乙酸的光异构化反应.建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为01mg/L和03~30mg/L吲哚乙酸的光化学反应新方法。
Under UV_light irradiation, indolylacetic acid in a 0.025 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution activates photoisomerization reaction and forms a rose indolylvinyl acid. The reaction has been investigated by UV_spectrophotometry(using 485 nm), spectrofluorimetry, IR and HPLC. A novel photochemical analytical method for determining the 0.3~30 mg/L indloylacetic acid has been described and applied to analysize indolylacetic acid in pesticide samples.
