摘要
间冷式电冰箱的制冷量通过空气强迫对流流动进行分配,热力参数是时间和位置的函数,而且参数间相互耦合.由于实际装置的复杂性,需要对间冷式冰箱装置进行深入细致的分析研究,方可建立既能描述动态过程,又具有仿真计算可行性的模型.将间冷式电冰箱分解为主动系统与被动系统,在对两系统进行详细的关联性分析后,建立了间冷式电冰箱系统的仿真计算模型.计算结果与实验结果的比较表明。
Refrigeration capacity of indirect cool refrigerator is distributed by air forced convection flow. Thermodynamic parameters are functions of time and position and it is coupled between two parameters. In consideration of the complication of real device, deep analysis on the inner system of indirect cool refri gerator is needed. The model that describes dynamic process and is simulation feasible then can be set up. This paper analyzed an indirect cool refrigerator into active system and passive system. After the analysis on relationship between the two systems, a simulation model of the indirect cool refrigerator was built up. Comparison between the calculation results and experimental results shows that the model can describe the dynamic process better.
