摘要
[目的]探索长根菇优质高产技术。[方法]研究了不同的母种、原种、栽培种和袋栽培培养基对长根菇菌丝生长、子实体产量及生物学效率的影响。[结果]4种母种培养基中,A-加富培养基最有利于长根菇菌丝生长,表现为生长快、洁白、健壮;2种原种培养基中,F-棉籽皮培养基营养丰富,更适合于长根菇菌丝的生长;2种栽培种培养基中,配方G比配方H营养丰富,更适合于长根菇菌丝的生长,表现为生长快、菌丝健壮洁白、抵抗杂菌能力强;4种栽培袋培养料配方中,配方I培养基栽培产量最高,生物学效率达98.7%,比配方L(CK)提前6 d左右出菇,子实体形态及颜色均正常;麦粒菌种比固体菌种提前6 d出菇,并能获得较高的产量。[结论]使用该试验创新所得方法可简化栽培工序,降低成本,明显提高长根菇的产量与品质。
[Objective] Research for high yield and high quality techniques of Oudemansiella radicata.[Methods] The effects of different mother,stock,cultivated species,bag cultivation culture media on mycelium growth,fruit body yield and biological efficiency of Oudemansiella radicata were studied.[Results] Among the four kinds of mother-culture media,enrichment medium(Formula A) was the most beneficial to the growth of Oudemansiella radicata mycelium,the mycelium grew faster,whiter and stronger;cotton seed hull media had rich nutrition among the two kinds of stock-culture media,and it was more suitable to the growth of Oudemansiella radicata s mycelium.Among the two kinds of cultivated species,compared to the formula H,formula G had richer nutrition,it was more suitable to the growth of Oudemansiella radicata mycelium,the mycelium grew faster,whiter and stronger;it also had strong ability of avoiding contaminated by other bacterias.Among the four kinds of bag cultivation culture media,Oudemansiella radicata of formula I got the highest yield,and its biological efficiency reached 98.7%.Fruiting time of Oudemansiella radicata of formula I were 6 days earlier than formula L,shape and color of sporocarp were normal.Fruiting time of kernel strain was 6 days earlier than solid strain,and kernel strain could got higher yield.[Conclusion] By using the creative method of this experiment,the procedures of cultivation were simplified,the costs were reduced,the qualities of Oudemansiella radicata were improved.
