哈尔滨市“十五”时期县域土地集约利用评价

Evaluation on Land Intensive Use of Dounties in Harbin City in the 10^(th) 5-Year Period

以哈尔滨市11个下辖县为研究单元,构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,并运用熵值法、多因素综合分析法和聚类分析法对土地集约利用度进行综合评价,在此基础上分析各县土地集约利用水平的时空差异。结果表明,哈尔滨市11个下辖县土地集约利用整体水平不高;各县土地利用集约水平差距较大;各县土地利用集约程度的空间梯度差异特征明显。

With 11 counties of Harbin City as studied units,the evaluation index system was established for land intense use and the intensive use degree of the land was comprehensively evaluated by applying entropy method,multi-factor integrated analysis and clustering analysis.On this base,the space-time difference of land intense use levels of the counties was analyzed.The results showed that the whole level of land intense use of the 11 counties in Harbin was not high;the land intense use levels of various counties had bigger difference;the difference characters of space gradient in land intense use degrees of various counties were obvious.
