不同贮藏条件对省沽油种子萌发的影响

The Effect of Diffferent Treatments on Seed Germination of Staphylea bumalda

[目的]筛选适合省沽油种子萌发的最佳方法。[方法]采集当年生成熟种子,设置3个处理,即贮藏于4℃冰箱、用砂层积贮藏、放在木桶内不做任何处理,进行不同贮藏条件下的萌发试验。[结果]3种处理中,省沽油种子贮藏于4℃冰箱发芽率为75%,圃地出苗率为52%;用清水砂层积贮藏发芽率为62%,圃地出苗率为45%;放在木桶内不做任何处理发芽率为3%,圃地出苗率为1%。[结论]综合考虑认为,采用砂层积贮藏方法进行种子贮藏处理发芽率和圃地出苗率较高,该方法简单易推广。

[Objective] The aim was to study the best way for seed germination of Staphylea bumalda.[Method] Current year mature seeds were used to conduct the germination test under different storage conditions,such as stored in 4 ℃ refrigerator,storage product with sand,on the barrel without any treatment.[Result] The study showed that germination rate of oil seeds stored in 4 ℃ refrigerator was 75% with 52% of nursery seedling;Seed germination rate of oil seeds stored with sand was 62% with 45% of nursery seedling;Seed germination rate on the barrel without any treatment was 3% with 1% of nursery seedling.[Conclusion] Germination rate and seedling nursery of oil seeds stored with sand were higher,the method was simple and easy to promote.
