摘要
热休克蛋白70(HSP70)是生物体在应激原刺激下细胞内迅速增加的一组蛋白质,本文探讨了其生物学特性以及在心肌保护中的作用并指出了其应用前景。其对心肌的保护作用,体现在抑制细胞凋亡,与缺血预处理相关,减弱心肌缺血再灌注损伤,及减少心肌顿抑范围等方面。
Heat shock protein 70 is a group of proteins intra-cellular that increased under the stressor, in this article we discovered their bionomics, the effects in the myocardial preservation and their perspectives. HSP70 can restrain the cell apoptosis, be associated with ischema preconditioning(IPC), weaken myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI), and reduce the range of myocardial stunning ,then protect the myocardial.
