摘要
目的:建立更年灵胶囊中维生素B6的含量测定方法。方法:采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(含5mmol庚烷磺酸钠,用磷酸调pH至3.0)(15∶85)为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为291nm。结果:维生素B6在0.007944~119.16mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5);平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=0.49%,n=6)。结论:反相离子对高效液相色谱法方法操作简便、专属性强、重现性好。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of Vitamin B6 in Gengnian Ling capsules. Methods:The determination was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol -water (containing 5 mmol sodium heptanesulfonate,adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(15∶85); The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;The detective wavelength was 291 nm. Results: The method showed a good linear relation over the range of 0.007 944-119.16 mg/ml (r=0.999 9, n=5). The average recovery was 99.4% for the three different levels of the added amount of Vitamin B6 with RSD=0.49%(n=6). Conclusion: This method is feasible,convenient,specific and reproducible.
