Tei指数检测对原发性高血压患者左心室功能的作用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:利用超声心动图测得Tei指数,评价原发性高血压患者左心室整体收缩和舒张功能的变化。方法:选取原发性高血压患者80例为观察组,另选20例正常者作为对照组,常规测心脏超声心动图,测量二尖瓣血流频谱:心室早期充盈速度及心房充盈速度,计算心室早期充盈速度/心房充盈速度比值,室间隔厚度,左室舒张期内径、舒张末期左室壁相对厚度,计算左室心肌质量指数,等容舒张期、等容收缩期、左室射血分数,计算左室Tei指数,并比较观察组与对照组的差异。结果:与对照组相比,高血压病患者左心室二尖瓣E峰减速时间明显延长,射血分数明显缩短,导致左心室Tei指数明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Tei指数为临床评价左心室收缩及舒张功能提供了一个简便、敏感、准确且全面的新方法。 Objective:To assess the value of the Tei index in evaluation of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in patients with hypertension. Methods:80 cases of hypertensive patients and 20 normal controls, conventional cardiac echocardiography, measurement of mitral flow: early ventricular filling velocity and atrial filling velocity, the calculation of early ventricular filling velocity/atrial filling velocity ratio, interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic relative wall thickness, calculated left ventricular mass index, isovolumic relaxation period, isometric contraction, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular Tei index calculation and to compare the blood pressure group and the differences between the normal control group. Results:Compared with normal control group, Patients with hypertension and left ventricular peak mitral E deceleration time was prolonged, ejection fraction significantly reduced, resulting in left ventricular Tei index was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant ( P0.05). Conclusion:Tei index for the clinical evaluation of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function provides a simple, sensi tive, accurate and comprehensive new approach.
