摘要
用BF07型自动控制光合生物反应器培养钝顶螺旋藻(Sprulinaplaten-sis).结果表明:在低速搅拌(105r/min)时,对藻体的剪切作用很小;用优化后的海水Zarrouk培养基,用尿素代替硝酸钠作氮源,加赤霉素和维生素B6,有利于螺旋藻的生物量的生产和藻胆蛋白含量的提高.最后用改良的海水培养基扩大培养10d,干重可达0.5012g/L.
The algae Sprylina platensis is cultivated in the BF07 autocontrolled photobioreactor. The results show that the algae cuting was slight when stirred in the low velocity, using seawater medium instead of Zarrouk medium, (H 2N) 2CO Instead of NaNO 3 as the nitrogen source, adding vitamin B 6 and gibberllin, all of them can increase the accumulation of phycobioprotein and biomass of Sprylina platensis. At last, Sprylina platensis is cultivated in 10L improved seawater medium for 10 days, its dry weight can reaches 0.5012g/L.
