辽宁石化工业“十二五”发展策略研究

Research on development strategy of petrochemical industry during 12th Five-Year Plan in Liaoning Province

为研究制定辽宁石化工业在"十二五"规划期间的发展策略,促进辽宁石化工业更好地发展,运用调研数据分析辽宁"十一五"期间石化工业的发展态势,并分析辽宁石化工业涵盖的6个子行业在全国的排名情况,寻找其中存在的问题。在此基础上,提出辽宁石化工业发展的策略建议:依靠科技进步促进产业发展;加快推进重点项目建设;深化产业结构调整并提高产业集中度;节约资源,节能减排,发展循环经济;提升自主创新能力。

In order to research and propose the development strategy of petrochemical industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan in Liaoning Province,and to promote the better development of petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province,investigation data are applied to analyze the developing status of petrochemical industry during the 11th Five-Year Plan in Liaoning Province,and the competitive position in China of 6 sub-industries covered by petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province,which aimed to find the problems in it. Strategic suggestions of the development of petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province are brought forward on this basis：to promote industrial development relying on scientific and technological progress; to accelerate the construction of key projects; to deepen the industrial structure adjustment and improve the industrial concentration degree; to save resource,save energy and reduce carbon dioxide emission,and promote circular economy; and to improve the initiative ability.
