摘要
为对我国零售终端选址的群聚效应进行论证,运用数理经济学的方法,先进行严格假设,推导出零售终端选址群聚效应的必然性,而后放宽条件,再次推导出具备一定条件的零售终端选址群聚效应的必然性。研究结果显示,在某个商圈中,第n个零售终端的最优选址决策是判断商圈内外消费者的分布密度,若商圈外密度不大于其内密度的1/n,则其最优选址是商圈中心;否则,该零售终端会在商圈外的某个次商圈中心选址。
In order to demonstrate the clustering effect of site selection of retail terminals in China,mathematical economics approach is applied. Strict hypothesis is given and the inevitability of clustering effect of site selection of retail terminals is proved firstly,and then the conditions are loosened and the inevitability of clustering effect of site selection of retail terminals with certain conditions is proved again. The research results show that in a business area,the optimal site selection decision-making of the nth retail terminal is to estimate the distributing density of consumers in and out of the business area. If the distributing density out of the business area is not more than one nth in the business area,the optimal site selection is in the centre of the business area,otherwise the site of the retail terminal is selected in a secondary business area.
