摘要 面对当今不断缩水的市场,努力提高产品或服务质量是企业保持竞争优势的关键。越来越多的酒店企业意识到产品与服务质量竞争力的重要性,而质量竞争力评价是酒店企业提升竞争力的前提条件。为使酒店企业更加准确地审视自身的竞争能力,了解自身的优势和劣势,从而有针对性地增强其质量竞争力,采用专家打分法和模糊综合评价法构建酒店企业质量竞争力评价模型,并以某四星级酒店为实例进行具体计算,结果显示该模型能够比较全面、客观地评价酒店企业质量竞争力,并可对酒店企业进行区域内排名。 In the face of constantly shrinking market nowadays,it is the key to maintain competitive advantage of enterprises to improve the quality of products and services actively. More and more hotel enterprises are aware of the importance of quality competitiveness of products and services,whereas the quality competitiveness evaluation is a prerequisite for hotel enterprises to improve their competitiveness. In order to make hotel enterprises examine their own competitive ability more accurately,and understand their advantages and weaknesses so as to enhance their quality competitiveness correspondingly,Delphi technique and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are applied to construct the evaluating model of quality competitiveness of hotel enterprises. Calculation is produced by taking a certain four-star hotel as example,whose result indicates that this model can evaluate the quality competitiveness of hotel enterprises more comprehensively and objectively,and can rank hotel enterprises within a certain region.
