目的：以病例探讨针灸加推拿的治疗方法对腰椎间盘突出症急性发作患者的有效性。方法：放松法、点穴法、运动法、针灸法、拔罐、护理及保养。结果：总有效率为94．74％。

Objective： The case of acupuncture and massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with acute exacerbation of effectiveness. Methods： The relaxation method, acupuncture, law, sports law, acupuncture, cupping, care and maintenance. Results： The total effective rate was 94.74%.
