丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating unstable angina pectoris with Danhong injection

目的：观察丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例确诊为不稳定型心绞痛的患者随机分为两组，分别观察丹红组（30例），对照组（30例）治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、静息心电图的变化。结果：丹红组在减少心绞痛发作、改善异常心电图方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect treating unstable angina pectoris with Danhong injection. Methods： 60 cases of patients final diagnosed unstable angina pectoris were divided into observe Danhong group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases, to observe the variation of seizure frequency and resting electrocardiogram. Results： Dan Hong group is better than control group at the aspects on reducing angina pectoris attacks and improving abnormal electrocardiographic pattern （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The curative effect of Dan Hong injection in treating unstable angina pectoris is positive.
