重型脑外伤患者康复介入时间的临床研究

A clinical study on intervention time in rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury patient

目的：探讨重型脑外伤后早期介入康复效果。方法：严重脑外伤的病人在急性康复环境中可追溯性地分为早期康复组（损伤后35d之内接受康复治疗）和晚期康复组。对两组病人功能障碍程度进行综合评定。结果：早期组需要康复治疗时间比晚期组短。结论：早期介入康复治疗可使病人康复时间缩短，神经功能改善，并发症减少。

Objective： To investigate the rehabilitation effect of early intervention in traumatic brain injury patient. Methods： Serious traumatic brain injury patient in acute rehabilitation environment can be divided into early rehabilitation group （after injury accepted to rehabilitation therapy） and late rehabilitation group. To dysfunction degree of two patients conduct composite assessment. Result： Rehabilitation time of early group is shorter than late group. Conclusion： Can be recovery time short, nerve function improve, complication reduce of patient by early stage intervention rehabilitation therapy.
