Periodicals of science and technology are collections of discoveries and findings of scientific research.Such discoveries and findings form sources of knowledge and information which justify the existence of the periodicals and provides main conditions for their development.This paper is a discussion of how periodicals of science and technology function as important meas of transmitting information of science and technology and what the four key elements are.
