中西医联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the integrative medicine

目的：探讨延缓和控制糖尿病周围神经病变的中西医治疗方法。方法：糖尿病周围神经病变患者65例，随机分为治疗组（34例）和对照组（31例），治疗组口服自拟降糖活血祛痹汤和联用甲钴胺治疗，对照组单用甲钴胺治疗，疗程为4周，观察比较2组疗效。结果：两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者麻木疼痛减轻程度、神经传导速度均明显改善，且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）.结论：自拟降糖活血祛痹汤联用甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有明显疗效。

Objective： To investigate the slow and control of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the integrative medicine. Methods： 65 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group （34） and control group （31 cases）, to treat the treatment group with Jiangtang Huoxue Qubi decoction plus mecobalamin, to treat control group with mecobalamin, with a course of cobalt amine for 4 weeks, to compare two group. Results： Two groups of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with pain, numbness were obviously improved nerve conduction velocity, and the treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Jiangtang Huoxue Qubi decoction plus mecobalamin have significant effects.
