中医药治疗慢性胃炎复发的临床研究

Clinical study on treating recurrence of chronic gastritis in TCM

目的：对使用中医药治疗慢性胃炎进行研究。方法：于2008年10月至2009年10月共收集病例90例，治疗组45例，对照组45例。对照组使用吗丁啉治疗，治疗组给予中医药治疗。结果：治疗过程中，对临床痊愈的患者（治疗组23例，对照组16例）进行了随访，调查治疗后6个月内的复发情况，治疗组复发率8．70％，对照组复发率56．25％。结论：中医药治疗慢性胃炎取得满意疗效，治疗、抗复发效果和副作用均都具有明显的优势。

Objective： To study on treating recurrence of chronic gastritis in TCM. Methods： Collect from October 2008-October 2009 the 90 cases of patient, treatment group for 45 cases, control group for 45 cases. Taking domperidone therapy in control group, taking TCM therapy in treatment group. Result： In the course of treatment, to patient of clinical recovery was fllowed-up, survey the recurrence after treatment 6 months, recurrence rate for 8.70% in treatment group, recurrence rate for 56.25% in control group. Conclusion： Treating chronic gastritis in TCM has a good effect.
