摘要
目的：分析中医治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后复发的临床疗效。方法：28例腰椎间盘突出症术后复发患者均采用中药内服外用等综合疗法治疗。结果：28例患者中，治愈8例，好转15例，未愈5例。有效率82．1％。结论：中医治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后复发临床疗效良好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of treating recurrent hmthar disc herniation in TCM. Methods： To treat 20 cases of recurrent lumbar disc herniation in TCM. Result： Among 28 patients, 8 were cured, 15 were improved, 5 did not healed, and the effective rate was 82.1%. Conclusion： Treating recurrent lumbar disc herniation in TCM get a good result.
