中医治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的体会

Experience of treating children with recurrent respiratory infections in TCM

目的：探讨中医治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染中的作用。方法：选50例患儿，随机平分为A、B两组，A组给常规的抗感染、雾化吸入等治疗；B组给予中医治疗，观察两组患者两周后的治疗效果。结果：两组患儿治疗效果比较，差别无统计学意义，可认为两组治疗效果均有效。结论：中医治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染也有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the treatment of pediatric medicine and respiratory infections. Methods： Select 50 cases of polio, respiratory infections and random equally as A and B two groups, A group to conventional anti-infection, aerosolized; etc. B give TCM treatment, patients after two weeks of treatment effect. Results： 1 case ineffective, the two groups were compared, the treatment effect, but no statistically significant difference between two groups that are effective treatment effect. Conclusion： TCM in treating pediatric repeatedly is a method of respiratory tract infection, and has certain value of clinical applications.
