中医手法结合中药预防骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症118例

Preventing 118 cases of venous thromboembolism of orthopedic major surgery in TCM plus TCM preventive

目的：探讨中医手法结合中药预防骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症的疗效。方法：运用中医手法结合中药的方法对118例病人实施预防措施。结果：本组病人118例均随访2个月，根据症状对照及彩超双下肢深静脉，共发生DVT8例，无PTE患者，VTE发生率6．78％。结论：运用中医手法结合中药预防VTE取得了较好的疗效。

Objective： To intestigate the effect of preventing venous thromboembolism of orthopedic major surgery in TCM plus TCM preventive. Method： 118 cases of patients were implemented by the precaution of TCM plus TCM preventive. Results： 118 patients were followed up for 2 months, according to the symptom control and double deep venous ultrasonography, 8 patients were DVT, the incidence of VTE was 6.78%. Conclusion： To prevent venous thromboembolism of orthopedic major surgery in TCM plus TCM preventive get a good result.
