摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗难治性消化性溃疡疗效。方法：治疗组80例应用中西医结合治疗，对照组50例采用PPI（以奥美拉唑为代表）为基础加上两种抗生素的三联治疗方案。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．7％，对照组为70％，两组比较P〈0．05。结论：中西医结合治疗难治性消化性溃疡有较好疗效。
Objective： To observe effects of treating refractory peptic ulcer in the integrative medicine. Method： 80 cases of treatment group in the integrative medicine, 50 cases of control group taking PPI plus triple treatment program of two antibiotics. Result： the total effective of treatment group were 93.7%, control group for 70%, two groups Compare P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating refractory peptic ulcer has good effect in the integrative medicine.
