摘要
从不同含锶量的Ba1-xSrxTiO3陶瓷的频域介电谱测量结果看出,德拜偶极取向极化理论不适用于Ba1-xSrxTiO3陶瓷.结合Ba1-xSrxTiO3的时域介电谱分析可知。
The frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy measurement shows that the Debye′s polarization theory is unsuitable for barium strontium titanate ceramics.The analysis of time domain measurement also confirms that it is the slow polarization effect which causes a deviation for C h in the frequency domain measurement from strictly defined C 1 .
