医用抗菌材料的研究进展

Medical antibacterial materials:A review

细菌、真菌等病原微生物常常引发机体组织发生病变,严重威胁着人类的身心健康。医用抗菌材料通过阻隔病原微生物,将其抑制或杀灭,从而有效降低机体得病的风险,医用抗菌材料和制品的开发受到越来越多的关注。从医用抗菌材料的种类、抗菌机理及各种抗菌材料研究进展及应用等方面进行了综述,并对医用抗菌材料领域未来发展方向作了预测。

Microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi are often considered as the main reason for valetudinary on body organization.Medical antibacterial materials reduce the probability of patienthood via negotiating a barrier separating body cells from microorganisms,or killing them and making the density of bacteria at an ultra-low level.In the paper,the following aspects are reviewed：classification of antibacterial agents,antibacterial mechanisms and applications in polymer materials.In the end,a prospect of research on medical antibacterial materials in the future is also described.
