蓝绿光波段含缺陷Ta_2O_5/MgF_2一维光子晶体的理论分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用平面波展开法(PWEM)设计了蓝绿光波段含缺陷Ta2O5/MgF2一维光子晶体结构并分析了其光学特性。研究表明:Ta2O5/MgF2完整周期结构在蓝绿光波段具有最佳光子带隙;在此结构中引入Ta2O5缺陷层后,当缺陷层厚度为100.4nm时出现了双缺陷模,并且缺陷层厚度的微小变化会使缺陷模位置发生线性变化;Ta2O5折射率的波动也使缺陷模位置有所移动。 Using a plane wave expansion method(PWEM),this paper studied the optical properties of one-dimensional photonic crystal(1-D PC) structures which are comprised of alternate dielectric layers of Ta2O5 and MgF2 containing a defect layer.In the blue-green range,perfect photonic band gap was found in the perfect photonic crystal;two defect modes are found when introducing the defect layer of Ta2O5 and the thickness of the defect layer is 100.4 nm.By changing the thickness of the defect layer,the site of defect modes moves linearly.In addition,the dependency of wavelength peaks on the refractive index of Ta2O5 was investigated,and the method shows gradual variation of the site of both the defect modes.
