摘要 以钛酸丁酯为原料,Co和Ce为掺杂剂,在室温下采用水解沉淀法制备共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂。采用XRD、TEM对其组织结构进行表征,并研究不同掺杂量和焙烧温度对TiO2光催化剂光催化性能的影响,确定了Co和Ce的最佳掺杂量和最佳热处理温度。结果表明:介孔(Co,Ce)-TiO2光催化剂晶粒尺寸约为20.4nm,比表面积为97.442m2·g-1。当Co与TiO2的摩尔比r(Co)/r(TiO2)=0.1、Ce与TiO2的摩尔比r(Ce)/r(TiO2)=0.05时,(Co,Ce)-TiO2复合体系在500℃下焙烧的光催化活性最好,甲基橙分解率可达90%。 Co-Ce codoped nano TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by a hydrolysis precipitation method with Ti(Obu)4 as the raw material at room temperature.Its morphology and microstructure were characterized by XRD and TEM.The effect of doping rate and roasting temperature on its photocatalystic activity was also studied.The best doping rate and roasting temperature were obtained.The result shows that the mesoporous(Co,Ce)-TiO2 powder size is about 20.4 nm and it has large special surface area of 97.442 m^2·g^-1.When the molar ratios of Co and Ce to TiO2 are 0.1 and 0.05 respectively and the roasting temperature is 500 ℃,the(Co,Ce)-TiO2 has the best photocatalystic activity,and the degradation rate of methyl orange is up to 90%.
