快速凝固碳纳米管/In600复合材料组织与性能 被引量:5

Microstructure and properties of carbon nanotubes/In600 composite prepared by rapid solidification

摘要 为了探索碳纳米管在金属基复合材料领域的实际应用,分别使用镍基合金In600,In600+碳纳米管粉和In600+石墨粉三种原料为熔化料,采用单辊法快速凝固工艺制备了三种急冷合金薄带。对其组织进行了扫描电镜和透射电镜检测,并测定了其机械性能。组织研究结果表明,碳纳米管具有良好的与镍基合金的复合稳定性,所制备的In600/碳纳米管复合材料的基本组织组成为γ-(Ni,Cr,Fe)+碳纳米管,碳纳米管含量在2.5%左右;拉伸强度和显微硬度测试结果表明,与快速凝固In600和In600+石墨相比,该In600/碳纳米管复合材料的室温拉伸强度分别提高了80%和40%,并且硬度也略有提高。 In order to study engineering applications of carbon nanotubes on composite, In600, carbon nanotubes+In600 and In600+graphite nickel matrix composite were prepared by rapid solidification. Microstructure and properties of the composite were investigated in details by SEM and TEM. The results indicate that the structure of carbon nanotubes can keep stable when compounded with the nickel alloy, and the composite is mainly composed of two phases: carbon nanotube and γ (Ni,Cr,Fe), and content of carbon nanotube is about 2.5%. Performance tests show: compared with In600 and In600+graphite under the same processing conditions, the tensile strength of carbon nanotubes/In600 is approximately increased by 80% and 40%, the hardness is slightly higher than before.
