摘要
旋转机械轴系振动信号是以转速为基波的周期信号。传统旋转机械振动分析以转速作为基准,通过锁相倍频的方式对振动信号进行整周期采样及谐波分析。但是由于转速的变化,采样周期与转速周期不可避免的偏差,带来的采样误差严重地影响了数据分析的精度。本文对非整周期采样算法进行了试验验证,并加以改进和完善。将改进后的非整周期采样谐波分析法应用于旋转机械的振动信号数据采集及分析上,可以突破整周期采样的局限性,使谐波分析结果达到较高的相位和幅值精度。
Vibration signals of rotating machines are periodic signals whose basic frequency is eaqual to the rotating frequency. The traditional data acquisition method of them is based on their rotation. It uses phase lock loop and frequency multiplication to integer periodically sample vibration signals. But, because of the synchronous deviation which is unavoidable, the accuracy of analysis is influenced severely. The non integer period sampling method was tested and improved. Using this method to acquire data of vibration signals can break through the limitation of integer periodical sampling and get high accuracy of phase and amplitude.
