摘要
轮胎稳态侧偏特性模型是轮胎力学模型的一个重要组成部分。在静垂直模型基础上利用轮胎的侧向模态参数建立了轮胎稳态侧偏特性模型。对轮胎进行侧向激振试验得到轮胎的侧向模态参数,依据轮胎侧偏时印迹的几何变形及模态参数建模的思想,得到了侧向力分布。并由此推导出侧向力、回正力矩及侧偏刚度和松驰长度的计算表达式。计算在不同摩擦因数下的侧向力和回正力矩,结果与文献中的试验结果定性符合。而将结果转化为量纲为1的形式后与Fi-ala和桥石模型比较,结果表明两者拟合较好。
Tire steady state cornering model is an important part in tire mechanics models. Based on static vertical models, the model of tire cornering properties was established with lateral modal parameters which were extracted from lateral excitation experiments. The distribution of the tire side force was obtained by using geometric deformation of contact patch of cornering tires and the principle of modeling tire with experimental modal parameters. The formulas to calculate side force, self aligning torque, cornering stiffness and relaxation length were derived by the distribution. The side force and self aligning torque under different friction coefficients obtained were qualitatively correspond to experimental results in other paper. The calculated results were transformed to the non dimensional results and compared to empirical models Fiala and Bridge Stone models. The results show there is a good matching between them.
